Knowledge of energy consuming systems commonly found in multifamily buildings, including but not limited to heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technologies, lighting and building envelope
Knowledge of energy conservation measures in deep retrofit energy efficiency projects for existing multifamily buildings (e.g. Passive House, heat pumps, etc.) a plus. Manage projects from initiation to completion; including scope, schedule and budgets
Manage and develop relationships & increase coordination with key stakeholders
Manage contractors and program support agreements;
Resolve issues which may arise regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants;
Support the development of PONs and RFPs;
Participate in a process to test, measure and adjust to maximize success;
Provide advanced data analysis to support reporting, program improvement and new strategy development;
Participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness;
Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Multifamily Team.
